- Is my cover letter stored anywhere?
- No. It's checked in memory and never saved. Refresh the page and it's gone — nothing is written to a database.
- Why does it ask for the company name and role?
- Two of the nine checks — whether the letter names the company and the role — only run if you fill those fields in. They catch a letter generic enough to send anywhere. Leave them blank and those two checks simply pass through; nothing is penalized.
